Poison air and water in Shadowridge Estates, Vista, California

A week ago someone was illegally unlawfully using DDT in the air around my home and street. (Or from overhead from a low flying aircraft - helicopter or plane or drone.) It made me very, very sick, which lasted for days. I know that it was on purpose.

Then the water was poisoned. See below for the complaint I lodged.

Corrigenda: "1.05 Tablespoons volume (5.18 milliliters)" should read: 1.05 Teaspoons volume (5.18 milliliters) - Teaspoons, not Tablespoons; 5.18 milliliters remains the same.

Complaint.
On October 3, 2014 at 1:50 PM I deposited the sediment that remained (into a jar marked with date and time) when I had just then boiled down 1.48 Gallons (5.6 Liters) of Vista Irrigation District (VID) tap water from my faucet in my kitchen. The sediment was 4 grams weight and 1.05 Tablespoons volume (5.18 milliliters). The sediment smelled like feces and urine. It was clearly sediment from reclaimed waste water from a waste water facility treatment plant which the reclaimed waste water was injected into the Vista Irrigation District (VID) drinking water by Vista Irrigation District (VID), San Diego County, California.
